I hope everyone is staying warm today!!  We are back at the grind this week....check it out....

 

Tuesday (7th) -- Regular practice.  We will be taking Club pictures on Tuesday during practice!  I will have order forms available as you walk in the door on Tuesday!!!  Please be on time to practice (if not a little early).  It will be a little hectic in the wrestling room with everything going on.  Please be patient.

 

Thursday (9th) -- No practice!!!!  Varsity has a home meet against Forest Lake!  It is Parents Night and Raider Nation Night.  We encourage our youth families to attend as many varsity meets as possible.  The boys love seeing the "big" guys on the mat and seeing where they will be in the years to come!

 

Saturday (11th) -- If you are looking for a tournament for your wrestling this weekend, Forest Lake is hosting a MNUSA Qualifier. Here is a link to the tournament information http://theguillotine.com/wp/forest-lake-wrestling-folkstyle-tournament/.  They typically run a very good tournament. 

 

 

Hastings Middle School hosts the Livingston Tournament on Saturday!!  It wraps up the end of their season!  If you have a chance, go cheer on these guys!  They are so much fun to watch!

 

Varsity & JV are traveling to St. Cloud to compete at the Kiffmeyer Tournament on Saturday!  So much fun!  Good Luck to our high schoolers!

 

 

January 18th -- Hastings High School hosts the 9U State Team Tournament.  I will be looking for donations of desserts, cookies, bars, etc. for that day!  I am also looking for parent volunteers to take shifts to man the coaches room.  My son is wrestling for the 9U team.....I want to watch him wrestle.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider coming into the High School for a couple of hours to help me out!!!

 

January 19th -- We are hosting our annual tournament for PreK through 8th Grade at the High School!  I NEED EVERYONE TO VOLUNTEER AT THIS TOURNAMENT!  You do not need to know how to run a tournament or even know anything about wrestling to help at this tournament.  PLEASE PUT THIS DATE ON YOUR CALENDAR!

 

As always, we encourage all parents to be involved in their wrestlers' season!  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk with either myself or Coach Todd or Coach Chad!!
